Shipping
Shipping costs may vary from product to product.
All orders are processed within 14 working days. Delays may happen when bank holidays are in between. All orders are shipped using UPS Standard – Standard Worldwide. Fees will apply on top of the products which vary depending on your country. Orders that contain PRE-ORDERS will only be shipped once all items are available for delivery.
Shipping cost do not include eventual import taxes that are applied by customs.
Any shipment that UPS returns to sender will neither be resent nor refunded. For a new shipping costumer has to contact the store directly as new shipping costs will have to be charged.
Returns
- For any questions regarding returns / refunds please contact info@bonzaistore.eu and explain your case.
- You may return products within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products have to be in the original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs for the products you return are entirely at your own expense.
- For returned goods you will be refunded the value of the product(s) in the form of a voucher.
- Shipment costs are not refunded.
- Refunds will only take place after the product has been safely returned, as in the above mentioned conditions and is not part of the goods that are excluded from refunds.
