Shipping costs may vary from product to product. All orders are processed within 14 working days. Delays may happen when bank holidays are in between. All orders are shipped using UPS Standard – Standard Worldwide. Fees will apply on top of the products which vary depending on your country. Orders that contain PRE-ORDERS will only be shipped once all items are available for delivery. Shipping cost do not include eventual import taxes that are applied by customs. Any shipment that UPS returns to sender will neither be resent nor refunded. For a new shipping costumer has to contact the store directly as new shipping costs will have to be charged.
